FAQ
Q -How do I sign up for your drum service?
A - You'll need to WhatApp/email your full name, physical & email address and the number of drums required and we'll email confirmation of delivery
and invoice.

Q -What can I put into the drum?
A - Only garden waste must be put in the drum (i.e grass cutting, twigs and
leaves). PLEASE NOTE! We only empty the drums we don’t take what’s on
the ground/around the drums.

Items NOT ALLOWED in the drums are: Chemicals, household waste, Dog poop, timbers, plastics, papers, building rubble, sand, stones and tree stumps.

Q -What happens if my drum is empty on the day of collection?
A - We have a limited number of drums we empty per day, If your drum was empty on your collection day that doesn’t mean that we’ll take double on the next collection (we don’t owe extra collections on account that your drum was previously empty/your service was on suspension).

Q -When do I pay for your services?
A - The 1st Drum payment should be paid on/before the drum is delivered to your property, thereafter a Debit order/Scheduled payment must be set up for the 1st day of every month. Once off payment for the year is also allowed. If payment is not received before the 7th of the month, service will be suspended and you’ll be still liable for monthly payments as long as our drum is still in your property. Please use your full name as Payment Reference when making payments and send proof of scheduled payment.

Q -Where must I place the drum/s on collection days?
A - Drum/s can be placed outside on the verge or inside the property, provided that we will have ease of access for collection or emptying. If the drum is stolen we will replace & ask the client to keep it inside the property & put a chain around it. You are liable for the safe keeping of the drum/s.

Q -How do I cancel your service?
A - This service can be cancelled at anytime provided that all services are paid for. Drums will remain the property of Drum Guys at all times. You can add or remove the number of drums required at any time.

Q -Do you close during the holidays?
A - After working hard, everyone deserves a break so we are closed in December (festive season) for only 2 weeks. This doesn't mean that our monthly cost will change, R120 per drum will still be required. Thank you for your understanding.
